Located in the Colac-Otway Shire, the site is positioned amongst some of the most beautiful scenery that Victoria has to offer, including Lake Corangamite, Lake Colac, Apollo Bay and both Great Otway National Park and Otway Forest Park and their picturesque hiking and cycling trails.

The site enjoys fantastic connectivity to nearby town- ships. Positioned on the Warrnambool Railway line, Colac Train Station is just a short drive away, while the nearby Princes Highway provides important connectivity back to Geelong CBD.
