- The Caledonia is purchased providing 1.5ha lots only 10 minutes from Geelong’s CBD.

- TW Projects acquires its first general residential project, a 57 lot project in the picturesque town of Nagambie named Woodlands Nagambie.

- Red Gum Views is launched to market.

- Brown Hill Estate is purchased, TW Projects’ first estate in Ballarat and our 10th project as a business.
June 2022
- The picturesque lakeside land on Bruce St, Colac is acquired to provide 54 homes for future landowners. The Colac Otway Shire becomes the 7th Council that TW Projects is active within.
July 2022
- The Caledonia is launched to market.

- Ackland Acres Stage 1 completes construction.

- TW Projects most central project is acquired, Darling Darley, whilst still within a scenic regional Victorian community. A 40 lot residential subdivision only 40 mins from Melbourne CBD.
November 2022
- The Lookout is acquired, our largest project to date. A 320+ lot project with lake views in the fast growing town of Colac.
January 2023
- Ackland Acres Stage 3 completes construction
February 2023
- Jan Juc is purchased. With sweeping views of the ocean this will be one of our most picturesque projects to date
