At TW Projects, the legacy our projects leave on the wider community is always front of mind.

We take a holistic approach to sustainability for premium environmental, social and economic outcomes that ultimately improve the liveability for our residents.

TW Projects is taking a long-term, strategic approach to selling sustainability by considering all facets of sustainable subdivisions throughout the lifecycle of the project. We ensure that the street layout, amenities and public realm are designed to create the best long term outcome for the purchasers and future generations that will call our projects home.

We take our responsibility very seriously when designing for our local waterways. This includes managing and protecting the health of the drainage corridors, wastewater management, alternative and potable water supply and stormwater treatment.

Solar Initiative

Across several of our projects we have provided all purchasers within our estate a $5,000 gift for sustainability measures, ensuring that all residents within our community will have a minimum 5kw Solar System.

We pride ourselves on doing our bit to ensure everyone has access to sustainable living while minimising the cost of their household.

Ecology Initiative

We ensure the local ecology is thoughtfully considered and we aim to retain and enhance the natural environment as much as possible. This not only provides a positive environmental outcome, but offers significant liveability benefits to residents and captures the benefit of healthy ecosystems.
